The most important people serving our clients are our team members and team leads. These are the staff whose hard work makes our client's homes shine. They have a broad variety of backgrounds but all have a great attitude and can frequently be seen smiling. You'll also recognize them by their uniforms including Maid Brigade jackets, shirts, pants and aprons.

Local Management
Maid Brigade of Minneapolis/St. Paul is run by a full time professional management team and is owned by a local resident. Our offices are always open during normal business hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. And our office staff have extensive cleaning industry experience, customer service, sales and management expertise. We are members of the Better Business Bureau, the National Federation of Independent Businesses, and of course the Maid Brigade franchise system. Shortly after opening, Maid Brigade of Minneapolis/St. Paul was recognized as the outstanding New Franchisee the Year, and in the years since, continues to garner awards through the efforts of its local management team. In May 2007, we achieved Green Clean certification. In 2011, despite the recession, the loyalty and satisfaction of our clients enabled us to grow by 20%. We have been recognized with several awards including the top honor of 2012 Franchisee of the Year. In 2020, we transitioned our service to the latest electrolyzed water technology so that we could provide non-toxic disinfection during the pandemic - safe for humans, deadly for viruses.
