The most important people serving our clients are our team members and team leads. These are the staff whose hard work makes our client's homes shine. They have a broad variety of backgrounds but all have a great attitude and can frequently be seen smiling. You'll also recognize them by their uniforms including Maid Brigade jackets, shirts, pants and aprons.
We pay our staff competitively, provide extensive training and have a fleet of company vehicles. Unusually for this industry, we also offer a range of benefits including a retirement match, life insurance, dental and indemnity plans as well as bonuses based on client satisfaction.
